Brazil comes to Marina Alta

In Els Poblets near Denia opens the steakhouse Wesley's.
The founding Chef Wesley has brought recipes of typical Brazilian specialities from his native land, especially featuring the succulent Rodizio meat menu.

Brazilian Rodizio Specialty

Eight different types of beef, chicken and pork dishes are charcoal-grilled in front of the guests.
The waiters directly cut the meat from the skewer onto the plate in classic Rodizio style.

Picana, also known as rump cap or sirloin cap, is a speciality among meat varieties.
It is a special way of cutting meat above the beef thigh. The thin layer of fat is what gives the Picana its exceptionally delicious flavour.

Numerous side dishes are served with the selected meat dish.
Classics such as rice, salad, feijoada and a wide range of changing specialties.
